About Frank J. Navran
Frank J. Navran is the Principal of na2. He has thirty-five years of experience as a corporate manager, entrepreneur, consultant, trainer, facilitator, speaker and author. As a consultant he has served well over 100 clients ranging from sole proprietors to the world’s largest corporations, governments and associations both as President of Navran Associates (1986-1996) and as the Principal Consultant for the Ethics Resource Center (1996-2004).
His private sector clients included some of the world’s most respected organizations in manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, defense, retail, mining, energy, construction, hi-technology, petrochemicals, agriculture, financial services, pharmaceuticals and others.
Not-for-profit clients have included professional associations, membership and trade associations, educational institutions, special interest groups and lobbyists.
US government clients have included the USDA, IRS, DOD, CIA, US Air Force, US Navy, US Army, the Federal Judiciary and the Designated Agency Ethics Officers (DAEOs) of various federal departments and agencies. - Consulting - Lead consultant on projects for US and international corporate clients in aerospace, communications, construction, defense, energy, finance and insurance, healthcare, hospitality manufacturing, media, mining, pharmaceuticals, sales, technology, textiles, utilities and others plus federal, state and municipal governments, multilateral organizations, educational institutions and professional, and membership associations.
- Training - Developed and delivered over fifty different ethics and leadership related workshops ranging from a simple ethics overviews for employees, to extended ethics officer certification programs, to ethics and leadership training for executive teams and boards of directors. Responsible for training ERC staff on ethics consulting and training content, skills and methodology.
- Writing - Wrote numerous articles and book chapters appearing in a variety of “non-academic” journals and publications from the Wall Street Lawyer to the Washington Business Journal to the ERC’s Ethics Today as well as serving on the editorial review committee of Public Integrity
